Service prices
Hourly billing: 200 zł/h, minimum order 1 hour. First hour in full, then every started 30 minutes (100 zł per half-hour). Examples: up to 1 h — 200 zł, 1 h 15 min — 300 zł, 1 h 40 min — 400 zł.

How much does a plumber call-out cost?
The call-out and estimate are free when you order the repair. If you decline the work after inspection, you only pay for the call-out and the plumber’s diagnostics — we tell you the amount in advance. Service prices start from about 150–250 zł, and emergency repair from 250 zł, with no hidden fees.
What if I cancel the request or only want a consultation?
If you only want a consultation or an on-site assessment without ordering a repair, the visit is paid — from 150 zł (we tell you the amount before the call-out). If you cancel after the plumber has already set out to your address, we charge 100 zł for the unjustified call-out; if materials were bought, their cost too. The rules are described in the Terms, which you accept by sending the form.
How quickly do you arrive?
Usually 30–60 minutes depending on the district and time. For emergencies we work on priority, around the clock.
Do you work at night and on weekends?
Yes, we’re available 24/7, including holidays. Emergency call-out any time.
